Greg Eger
Vice President of Operations, Southern Region
Greg Eger brings over 10+ years of experience in the substance use disorder and behavioral health industry. He obtained a master’s degree in healthcare administration and is currently earning his Doctorate in Healthcare Administration. During his career, he held various front-line staff roles that quickly grew into promoted leadership positions, such as Director of Operations, Executive Director, and Chief Operating Officer. Greg has been instrumental in building and sustaining many successful de novo treatment centers, and has revitalized underperforming facilities across the United States that range from 30 to 200 bed capacity. He has helped decrease expenses and increase revenues, and has a strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, accreditation, multi-site leadership, and execution of organization objectives.
Greg currently resides in Las Vegas, NV, but hails from Pittsburgh, PA—where he was born and raised. Greg can often be found supporting and cheering on his favorite sports teams, Vegas Golden Knights and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
